Disconnect and secure all electrical power to the fan to the 'off' position.
Fasteners and Setscrews Inspection
Check all fasteners and setscrews for tightness.
Does the wheel rotate freely and is it aligned as shown in Figure 5?
Wheel Position Adjustment
Is wheel position correct as preset from the factory?
Adjust wheel and inlet cone overlap by loosening the setscrews and moving the wheel to the desired position if necessary.
