Visual Inspection of the Hydraulic Oil

Grease the Turntable Rotation Bearing and Rotare Gear

Check the Turntable Rotation Bearing Bolts

Inspect for Turntable Bearing Wear

Grease the Platform Overload Mechanism (if equipped)

Test the Platform Overload System

Inspect the Boom Extend/Retract Cables

Check the Drive Hub Oil Level and Fastener Torque

Check the Track Tension and Fastener Torque

Inspect the Tires, Wheels and Lug Nut Torque

Grease the Turntable Rotation Bearing and Rotate Gear

Check the Turntable Rotation Bearing Bolts

Sign off on the initial 50 hours maintenance

Check the Free-wheel Configuration

Grease the Steer Axle Wheel Bearings

Sign off on the 2000 Hours Maintenance
