WARNING! To avoid the risk of fire, use only fuses of the value specified on the fuse label located on the rear panel of the transmitter.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and remove the cord from the transmitter console.

Unlatch the fuse holder above the AC inlet and remove it. (You may need to press the tab on the fuse holder with a slender screwdriver to release the latch.)

Replace the fuse with the same value and rating.

Reinstall the fuse holder until the tab snaps in place.

Sign off on the fuse replacement

Warning: To ensure safe operation of the transmitter you should periodically perform the following procedure

Check the earth leakage current

Check ground protective earth impedance

Is power consumption less than or equal to rated power?

Use a true RMS digital multimeter and safety analyzer to perform this test.

NOTE! Refer calibration and operating difficulties not detailed in this manual to your Stryker Endoscopy sales representative.

Sign off on the 1 Year Display Maintenance

CAUTION! Do not expose the display to moisture or apply liquid cleaners directly to the screen. Spray the cleaning solution into a soft cloth and clean the screen gently.

No specific liquid or chemical is necessary for cleaning the display. Use only non-abrasive cloths and cleaning solutions to clean similar equipment used in hospitals. Disconnect the display and transmitter from the AC power before cleaning.

Did you disconnect the display and transmitter from the AC power?

Enter the type of cloth used for cleaning

Select the cleaning agent used for bezel cleaning

Did you apply alcohol to glass surfaces with a soft cotton applicator?

Select the cleaning agent used for display filter cleaning

Did you dry thoroughly with a soft towel or gauze surgical sponge?
