Replace Coalescers at specified hours of operation

Change oil when changing coalescer filter element(s)

Change cartridge(s) in oil filters

Remove and clean applicable strainer elements

Ensure only Frick filter elements are used to avoid warranty issues

Check Suction & Discharge Flange Bolts at specified hours

Verify tightness of bolts on suction flange

Verify tightness of bolts on discharge flange

Select RWB II model for torque specification

Enter torque for discharge flange (ft-lb)

Enter torque for suction flange (ft-lb)

Is the start-up supervised by a Johnson Controls-Frick authorized representative?

Ensure prestart check is accomplished as per the FORMS section

Is there an adequate refrigerant load available for load testing?

Is the compressor running at the proper speed and discharge pressure?

Check oil analysis at 1000 hours of operation

Participate in a regular, periodic oil analysis program

Are Frick filter elements used?

Maintenance Schedule / Vibration Analysis

Ensure vibration readings are taken from the correct locations and load percentage

Record the vibration reading at Location A

Record the vibration reading at Location B

Record the vibration reading at Location C

Are the vibration readings within the acceptable range?

Describe any anomalies or unusual findings in the vibration readings

Is there any influence from nearby equipment or connected piping?

Provide recommendations if vibration levels are above normal
