Function of all interior and exterior lights

Tires (including spare) for wear and proper pressure

Fuel and water separator. Drain if necessary (or if indicated by the information display)

Holes and slots in the tail pipe to make sure they are functional and clear of debris

Sign off on the monthly vehicle check

At Every Oil Change Interval as Indicated by the Information Display:

Change the engine oil and the filter.2

Perform a multi-point inspection.

Inspect the automatic transmission fluid level. Consult your dealer for requirements.

Inspect the brake pads, rotors, hoses and the parking brake.

Inspect the engine coolant level/strength and the hoses.

Inspect the exhaust system and heat shields.

Inspect the rear axle and U-joints - all-wheel drive only.

Carefully remove the plastic trim clips holding the interior cover

Turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it

Press the bulb in and turn the bulb counterclockwise to remove it

Battery connections checked and cleaned if necessary

Body and door drain holes checked for obstructions and cleaned if necessary

Cooling system fluid level and coolant strength

Door weatherstrips checked for wear and lubricated if necessary

Hinges, latches and outside locks checked for proper operation and lubricated if necessary

Parking brake checked for proper operation

Seatbelts and seat latches checked for wear and function

Safety warning lamps (brake, ABS, airbag and seatbelt) checked for operation

Washer spray and wiper operation checked. Blades cleaned or replaced as necessary

Parking brake is on and transmission is in park (P) or neutral (N)

Engine has reached normal operating temperature

Engine has been switched off and 15 minutes have passed

Dipstick has been removed and wiped with a clean, lint-free cloth

Dipstick has been reinstalled and removed again to check the oil level

Oil level is between the maximum and minimum marks

If the oil level is at the minimum mark, oil has been added
