Outdoor Unit 4-way valve Replacement
Remove the service panel

Remove 3 valve bed fixing screws and 4 ball valve and stop valve fixing screws then remove the valve bed
Remove 4 right side panel fixing screws in the rear of the unit then remove the right side panel
Remove the 4-way valve coil
Upload a photo of the removed 4-way valve coil
Recover refrigerant
Outdoor Unit Thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6) Replacement
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Disconnect the connector TH7/6 (red), on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Loosen the 2 wire clamps on top of the electrical parts box
Pull out the thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6) from the sensor holder
Note: In case of replacing thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6), replace it together with thermistor <Outdoor> (TH7), since they are combined together.
Remove thermistor <Outdoor> (TH7)
Sign off on the thermistor replacement
Outdoor Unit Fan Motor (MF1,MF2) Replacement
Remove the service panel
Upload a photo of the service panel removal
Remove the top panel
Upload a photo of the top panel removal
Remove 4 fan grille fixing screws (5 × 10) to detach the fan grille
Upload a photo of the fan grille removal
Remove a nut (for right handed screw of M6) to detach the propeller
Upload a photo of the propeller removal
Disconnect the connectors, CNF1, CNF2 on controller circuit board in electrical parts box
Outdoor Unit Electrical Parts Box Replacement
Upload Photo 1 of the service panel and top panel
Service panel removed
Top panel removed
Indoor/outdoor connecting wire disconnected from terminal block
Disconnect the connectors on the controller circuit board
Disconnect the pipe-side connections
Lead wires disconnected from the reactors
Terminal cover removed and compressor lead wire disconnected
2 electrical parts box fixing screws removed
Outdoor Unit the Reactor (ACL1, ACL2, ACL3) Replacement
Warning: The reactor is very heavy (4 kg)! Be careful when handling it.
Service panel removed
