3 Yearly Brake Fluid Maintenance

Flat Tire Change
WARNING: Never place anything between the vehicle jack and the ground.
WARNING: Never place anything between the vehicle jack and your vehicle.
WARNING: To help prevent your vehicle from moving when changing a wheel, shift the transmission into park (P), set the parking brake and use an appropriate block or wheel chock to secure the wheel diagonally opposite to the wheel being changed.
WARNING: It is recommended that the wheels of the vehicle be chocked, and that no person should remain in a vehicle that is being jacked.
WARNING: Always use the jack provided as original equipment with your vehicle.
WARNING: The jack supplied with this vehicle is only intended for changing wheels.
WARNING: Check that the vehicle jack is not damaged or deformed and the thread is lubricated and clean.
WARNING: The jack should be used on level firm ground wherever possible.
WARNING: Use only the specified jacking points.
Engine Air Filter Change
WARNING: To reduce the risk of vehicle damage and personal burn injuries, do not start your engine with the air cleaner removed and do not remove it while the engine is running.
When changing the air filter element, use only parts that meet or exceed our specifications.
Change the air filter element at the proper interval. See Scheduled Maintenance (page 482).
Note: Failure to use the correct air filter element may result in severe engine damage. The customer warranty may be void for any damage to the engine if the correct air filter element is not used.
Using a screwdriver, loosen the clamp on the air filter housing cover.
Gently pull the boot back away from the air filter housing cover.
Release the two clips from the air filter housing cover.
Remove the air filter housing cover.
Remove the air filter element from the air filter housing.
Front Fog Lamp Bulb Change
Choose the side of the bulb to be replaced
Steering wheel turned all the way to the correct side
Six lower splash shield push pins removed and splash shield pulled back
Bulb electrical connector disconnected
Bulb removed from the headlamp assembly by turning it counterclockwise and pulling it straight out
Installation performed in reverse order
Sign off on the bulb change
Vehicle Maintenance
At Every Oil Change Interval as Indicated by the Information Display: Change the engine oil and filter.
Rotate the tires.
Perform a multi-point inspection, recommended.
Inspect the automatic transmission fluid level. Consult your dealer for requirements.
Inspect the brake pads, rotors, hoses and the parking brake.
Inspect the engine coolant level/strength and the hoses.
Inspect the exhaust system and heat shields.
Inspect the rear axle and U-joints - all-wheel drive.
Inspect the half-shaft boots.
