Outdoor Unit Compressor (MC) Replacement
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Remove 2 front cover panel fixing screws (5 × 10) and remove the front cover panel
Remove 2 back cover panel fixing screws (5 × 10) and remove the back cover panel
Remove the electrical parts box
Remove 3 valve bed fixing screws (4 × 10) and 4 ball valve and stop valve fixing screws (5 × 16) and then remove the valve bed
Remove 3 right side panel fixing screws (5 × 10) in the rear of the unit then remove the right side panel
Remove 3 separator fixing screws (4 × 10) and remove the separator
Recover refrigerant
Outdoor Unit Thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6) Replacement
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Service panel removed

Connector TH7/6 (red) on the controller circuit board disconnected
Clamp for the lead wire in the rear of the electrical parts box loosened

Remove the service panel

Valve bed fixing screws and ball valve and stop valve fixing screws removed
Right side panel fixing screws removed and right side panel removed
Outdoor Unit Thermistor <Outdoor> (TH7) Replacement
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Disconnect the connector TH7/6 (red) on the controller circuit board in the electrical parts box
Loosen the clamp for the lead wire in the rear of the electrical parts box
Pull out the thermistor <Outdoor> (TH7) from the sensor holder
Note: In case of replacing thermistor <Outdoor> (TH7), replace it together with thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6), since they are combined together
Remove thermistor <Outdoor 2-phase pipe> (TH6)
Sign off on the thermistor replacement
