Locate the fan at the rear of the gas analyzer
Remove the fan filter mat from its holder
Vacuum up any accumulation of dust on the filter mat as well as on and inside the fan port
Insert the cleaned filter mat or a new filter mat
Post-cleaning verification
Ensure the fan is operating correctly after cleaning
Check for any unusual noises from the fan
Completion
Record any issues encountered during the cleaning process
12 Monthly Gas Measurement Module Inspection
Pre-Inspection Preparation
Ensure the gas analyzer is in operation mode for more than 10 minutes before checking accuracy.
Document Verification
