Locate the fan at the rear of the gas analyzer

Remove the fan filter mat from its holder

Vacuum up any accumulation of dust on the filter mat as well as on and inside the fan port

Insert the cleaned filter mat or a new filter mat

Is the fan operating normally after cleaning?

Describe any issues encountered during cleaning

Disconnect all electrical connectors from power supply

Ensure no power is running through the device

Open the enclosure of the device

Check if the new fan filter mat is securely in place

Disconnect all electrical connectors from power supply before opening the enclosure

Inspect the O-rings on the water trap holder for wear or damage

Was the O-ring replaced successfully?

Is the device operating correctly after maintenance?

Ensure the gas analyzer is in operation mode for more than 10 minutes before checking accuracy.

Check that instructions for use are available in the correct version.

Visual and Functional Inspection

Verify that the gas analyzer is in good condition

Check the electrical safety according to IEC 62353.
