Open the enclosure of the device
Remove the old fan filter mat
Install the new fan filter mat
Verify the fan filter mat is securely in place
Bacterial Filter Exchange
2 Yearly O-Ring Change

Describe any signs of wear or material fatigue observed during inspection

Disconnect all electrical connectors from power supply before opening the enclosure
O-Ring Replacement
Remove the water trap holder
Exchange the O-rings on the water trap holder
Inspect the new O-rings for proper installation
12 Monthly Gas Measurement Module Inspection
Pre-Inspection Preparation
Ensure the gas analyzer is in operation mode for more than 10 minutes before checking accuracy.
Document Verification
Check that instructions for use are available in the correct version.
Visual and Physical Inspection
Verify that the gas analyzer is in good condition
Electrical Safety Check
Check the electrical safety according to IEC 62353 with test equipment configured to 200 mA (DC).

1 Monthly Fan Filter Mat Cleaning
Fan Filter Mat Cleaning
Locate the fan at the rear of the gas analyzer.
Remove the fan filter mat from its holder.
Vacuum up any accumulation of dust on the filter mat as well as on and inside the fan port.
Insert the cleaned filter mat or a new filter mat.
Post-Cleaning Verification
Is the fan operating normally after cleaning?
Was the cleaning process completed successfully?
