Ensure washing liquids are compatible with the process liquid and the pump

Wear suitable personal protective equipment

Has the pump been used for liquids that harden or crystallize?

Run the pump with washing fluids to clean internal parts

Ensure the pump is washed before taking it out of operation

Is the pump ready for disassembly?

Verify pump model and motor size

Are the bearings shielded and do not require lubrication?

Bearing disassembly and cleaning

Measure and apply the correct amount of grease (20 gr.)

Ensure only to fill the crowns to half their volume with grease

Clean the dismantled nut before assembling (internal threads)

Select the cleaning method for the nut

Select the sterilization method for the cap nut

Ensure chlorine solutions are not used to avoid corrosion of stainless steel

Is the pump generating the required discharge head rapidly?

Is the delivery gate valve opened to the specified working point?

Is the discharge head generated by the pump greater than required?

Is the discharge head lower than required?

Is the pump operating smoothly and without vibrations?

Is the suction liquid level sufficient for normal operation?
