WARNING: TURN OFF ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY BEFORE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE.

THE CUT-OFF BLADE IS EXTREMELY SHARP. USE CUT RESISTANT GLOVES WHEN SERVICING OR REPLACING THE BLADE.

THE HEATER WILL BE HOT. ALLOW TIME TO COOL PRIOR TO SERVICING.

Turn off electrical power supply

Thoroughly clean all accumulated pieces of tape, dust, and any other foreign material from inside the Dispenser with a dry brush or blower

Clean the bottom of heaters and pressure plates of accumulated tape adhesive

Turn off electrical power supply before performing maintenance.

Use cut resistant gloves when servicing or replacing the cut-off blade.

Allow heater to cool before servicing.

Wash brushes weekly with mild soap, agitating the bristles in the solution.

Ensure all adhesive build-up is removed from the brushes.

Soak brushes in a solution of mild soap and water overnight daily.

Rinse brushes in running warm water before reinstalling into a clean water tank.

Turn off electrical power supply before performing maintenance

Use cut resistant gloves when servicing or replacing the blade

Allow heater to cool before servicing

Clean accumulated glue from blades using a scraper

Apply a light coating of machine oil to the back of the blade

If applicable, use food grade multipurpose oil for blade

Wash water tank with mild soap and water.

Rinse water tank well to remove all soap residue.
