Cleaning the Water Tank, Brushes, and Bottle

Wash the water tank with warm water and soap

Wash the brushes with warm water and soap

Wash the bottle with warm water and soap

Remove brushes from the tank to remove any old dried adhesive

Ensure brushes are replaced correctly in the tank

Check that brushes are angled toward the front of the dispenser

Verify shorter brushes are placed in the back

Avoid ammonia based cleaning agents or solvents

Turn the dispenser off and unplug it.

Pull back gently on the blade oiler to move it away from the shear blade.

Add several drops of light machine oil to the felt pad.

Gently push the oiler back into position next to the shear blade.

Unplug the dispenser’s power cord from the wall

Is the outlet functioning properly?

Fuse Inspection and Replacement

Remove the fuse holder from the electrical panel at the rear of the dispenser

Replace the blown fuse with one rated at AL T2 250V

Is the dispenser turned OFF and unplugged?

Cut the tape roll just behind the upper tape plate to get it out of your way.

Raise the shear blade by moving the lever located to the right of the feed wheel forward.

Push the lever back to lower the shear blade to its normal operating position.
