Remove the briquettes or radiants

Lift the rear of the burner and slide it to the rear and off the orifice

Clean the burners in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water

Clear ports of debris if necessary

Disconnect line cord from power supply before cleaning or servicing.

Establish a regular cleaning schedule.

Wipe off any spills immediately.

Allow oven to cool down before cleaning exterior surfaces.

Wipe exposed, cleanable surfaces with mild detergent and hot water.

Remove stubborn residue spots with a non-metallic scouring pad.

Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

Clean raw steel parts with a stainless steel or fiber pad.

Open Top/Hot Top/Griddle/Broiler/Front Fired Hot Top

Disconnect the pilot gas supply pipe from the pilot burner

Clean the pilot burner by blowing through it or washing it

Reassemble the pilot burner in reverse order

Remove the oven bottom assembly (except for RC convection units)

Remove the two screws securing the front air shield and remove it from the oven

Remove the key plates from the top of the range

Remove the two screws that retain the air shield in place and remove shield

Lift the burner to disengage the locating peg and slide it backwards off the orifice

Clean the burners in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water

Remove the right hand oven door spring

Remove the right hand front radiation shield

Slide the burner to the rear and off the orifice, then slide it to the right and remove it from the combustion chamber

Clean the burner in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water

Ensure the ports are free of debris and clear them if necessary
