Electric Fan Motor Maintenance
Visual Inspection
Check for any visible damage to the motor casing
Ensure ventilation openings are clear of obstructions
Operational Check
Is the motor running smoothly without unusual noises?
Is the thermal overload protector functioning correctly?
Post-Inspection
Is the motor free from overheating issues?
Describe any issues found during inspection
Oven Interior Light Bulbs Replacement
Disconnect electrical power to oven before servicing
Remove oven racks and rack guides
Remove four screws holding the fan baffle
Pull the panel up off the heat exchanger exit and pull the panel forward to expose the light sockets
Unscrew the light cover from the socket
Unscrew the bulb and replace
Reassemble by reversing the above procedure
Check that all parts are reassembled correctly
Test the new bulb by turning on the oven light
Thermostats Calibration
Calibration Verification
Place a thermometer thermocouple or a reliable mercury oven type thermometer at the center of the middle rack.
Set the cook thermostat to a temperature setting of 350°F.
Did the red heat indicator light switch off when the thermostat turned off the burner?
Allow three (3) burner on/off cycles for the temperature to stabilize.
Read the pyrometer or thermometer immediately after the “HEAT” light goes off for the third time and again immediately after the “HEAT” light comes on the next time.
Do the average readings and the dial setting vary by more than 15°F?

Disconnect electrical power to oven before servicing
Turn off gas supply to the oven
Access Panel Removal
Remove burner box access panel
Remove screw located under the handle at the top of the control panel
Component Removal and Testing
Remove electrical components
Test electrical components as necessary
Combination Gas Valve Removal
Disconnect electrical power to oven before servicing
Turn off gas supply to the oven
Remove burner box access panel
Remove screw located under the handle at the top of the control panel
Pull control panel down and slide off bottom hinge if necessary
Disconnect pilot burner tubing from the right side of the valve
Disconnect brass tube fitting located at the bottom of the gas control valve after pipe show
Holding the Combination Gas Valve, disconnect union at top of valve
Remove four quick connects located behind valve
