Disconnect electrical power to oven before servicing

Disconnect gas inlet fitting from right side of the front manifold

Remove the two screws securing the manifold to the frame

Disconnect the sensor probe cable from the probe

Disconnect the spark wire lead from the G770 Electronic Ignition Control

Disconnect the pilot burner tube from the pilot burner

Check for any visible damage to the motor casing

Ensure ventilation openings are clear of obstructions

Is the motor operating without unusual noise or vibration?

Is the thermal overload protector functioning correctly?

Are the bearings operating smoothly without noise?

Note any unusual bearing noise or issues

Note any additional adjustments made

Ensure both turnbuckles are left flat to clear front fire box panel

Disconnect electrical power to oven before servicing

Remove oven racks and rack guides

Unscrew the light cover from the socket

Check that all parts are reassembled correctly

Disconnect electrical power to oven(s) before servicing

Remove oven racks and rack guides by lifting out of holder and pulling out from oven

Remove four screws holding the fan baffle and pull the panel up off the heat exchanger exit, and pull the panel forward to expose the fan

Remove the ten (10) 1/4” bolts holding Motor Mount Plate in back of oven

Describe the process of pulling the plate forward and letting the motor drop and rest on frame

Pull motor through hole and rest oven on bottom

Reach behind plate and remove top of electrical box mounted on motor
