RC Oven Burners Service
Disassembly
Open the lower front panel
Remove the right hand oven door spring
Remove the right hand front radiation shield
Slide the burner to the rear and off the orifice, then slide it to the right and remove it from the combustion chamber
Cleaning
Clean the burner in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush
Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water
Ensure the ports are free of debris and clear them if necessary
Solid Hot Top/Griddle Burners Service
Disassembly
Lift off the griddle or hot top plates as applicable.
Lift the rear of the burner and slide it backwards off the orifice.
Cleaning
Clean the burners in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush.
Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water.
Inspection and Clearing
Make sure the ports are free of debris.
Clear ports of debris if necessary.

Ensure griddle, open top grates, burners, hot tops, and broiler components are cool to the touch before cleaning.

Remove the oven bottom assembly
Remove the two screws securing the front air shield and lift it out
Slide the burner towards the rear, off the orifice fitting, and remove from oven
Cleaning
Clean the burner in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush
Rinse the burner and shake it well to remove the water
