Remove the right hand oven door spring

Remove the right hand front radiation shield

Slide the burner to the rear and off the orifice, then slide it to the right and remove it from the combustion chamber

Clean the burner in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water

Ensure the ports are free of debris and clear them if necessary

Lift off the griddle or hot top plates as applicable.

Lift the rear of the burner and slide it backwards off the orifice.

Clean the burners in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush.

Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water.

Make sure the ports are free of debris.

Clear ports of debris if necessary.

Ensure griddle, open top grates, burners, hot tops, and broiler components are cool to the touch before cleaning.

Use a grill stone or grill pad to clean the griddle surface while it is still warm, rubbing with the grain of the metal.

Use detergent on the plate surface if necessary, ensuring it is thoroughly removed.

Apply a thin film of oil on the griddle surface after cleaning to prevent rusting.

Use a non-abrasive cleaner to remove discoloration from the griddle surface.

Re-season the griddle before re-use.

Remove the oven bottom assembly

Remove the two screws securing the front air shield and lift it out

Slide the burner towards the rear, off the orifice fitting, and remove from oven

Clean the burner in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burner and shake it well to remove the water

Clear ports of debris if necessary

Ensure griddle, open top grates, burners, hot tops, and broiler components are cool to the touch.

Clean griddle surface with a grill brick and grill pad.

Remove grease container and clean thoroughly.

Ensure no dents, scratches, or gouges are present on the griddle plate surface.

Apply a light coating of oil to the griddle surface to prevent rust.
