Remove the key plates from the top of the range

Remove the two screws that retain the air shield in place and remove shield

Lift the burner to disengage the locating peg and slide it backwards off the orifice

Clean the burners in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water

Remove the right hand oven door spring

Caution: The oven door may need additional support to remain closed

Remove the right hand front radiation shield

Slide the burner to the rear and off the orifice. Then slide it to the right and remove it from the combustion chamber

Clean the burner in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burners and shake them well to remove the water

Make sure the ports are free of debris. Clear ports of debris if necessary

Disconnect line cord from power supply before cleaning or servicing.

Establish a regular cleaning schedule.

Wipe off any spills immediately.

Allow oven to cool down before cleaning exterior surfaces.

Wipe exposed, cleanable surfaces with mild detergent and hot water.

Remove stubborn residue spots with a non-metallic scouring pad.

Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

Clean raw steel parts with a stainless steel or fiber pad.

Ensure griddle, open top grates, burners, hot tops, and broiler components are cool to the touch.

Clean griddle surface with a grill brick and grill pad.

Remove grease container and clean thoroughly.

Ensure a light coating of oil is present on the griddle surface.

Avoid using water or ice on hot griddle tops.

Lift and remove the open top grates

Lift and remove the burner heads

Lift the venturi housing at the rear and slide it backwards off the orifices

Clean the burner heads and venturi in hot soapy water with a stiff scrubbing brush

Rinse the burner heads and venturi and shake them well to remove the water

Are the gas ports free of debris?
