Disconnect the power cord from electrical source

Empty unused cleaning solution from the solution tank

Inspect and clean filter screen in solution tank

Flush pumping system with clean, hot water (liters)

Rinse tank with fresh water after each use

Turn off all switches and unplug the machine

Remove the screws that fasten the solution tank to the frame

Tilt tank back to expose the inside of the frame

Remove solution hoses from fittings in pump

Remove the screws that fasten the pump to the frame

Turn off all switches and unplug machine

Remove the screws that fasten the solution tank to the frame

Loosen the screws that hold the brush motor in place

Remove the screws that fasten the vacuum shoe links to the brush housing

Remove the screws that fasten the side plate to the brush housing

Turn off all switches and unplug machine

Remove the screws fastening the solution tank to the frame

Tilt solution tank back to expose the inside of the frame

Disconnect vacuum motor wires at the connector

Flush solution through the extractor

Remove and clean spray tips if jets are clogged

Ensure no pins or wires are used to clean nozzles

Inspect all hoses for frays or cracks

Inspect electrical cables and connections for damage

Repair or replace frayed or cracked hoses

Repair or replace damaged electrical cables
