Ensure the wire signal arm is in the correct position

Did the ice maker begin making ice within 24 hours?

Did the ice maker cycle two or three times before making a full tray of ice?

Measure the temperature of the fresh food compartment using a separate thermometer

Measure the temperature of the freezer compartment using a separate thermometer

Have you adjusted the temperature settings recently?

Allow 24 hours for temperatures to stabilize after adjustment

Is either digital display continuously flashing?

If flashing, describe the issue and contact Electrolux service representative

Connect the refrigerator to the water supply

Fill the water tank by drawing one glass of water

Discard ice made during the first 24 hours

Allow the refrigerator and freezer to operate with doors closed for 8 to 12 hours

Ensure controls are not adjusted during the initial cooling period

After 24 hours, assess if temperature adjustments are needed

If adjustments are needed, make small and gradual changes

Determine the filter model and location

Has the refrigerator been unused for a while?

Is the Filter Status light red?

Hold filter cup firmly and unscrew towards left
