Unplug the electrical power cord from the wall outlet

Cleaning Interior and Door Liner

Prepare cleaning solution with 2 tablespoons of baking soda in 1 quart of warm water or use soap and water

Wring excess water out of sponge or cloth before cleaning around controls, light bulb, or any electrical part

Clean interior and door liner with the prepared solution

Wipe door gaskets with a clean soft cloth and soap and water

Allow the refrigerator and freezer to operate with the doors closed for 8 to 12 hours before placing food inside

Ensure controls are not adjusted during the initial cooling period

Check if 24 hours have passed since the refrigerator started running

Make small and gradual adjustments to the temperature settings if needed

Unplug the refrigerator to avoid electrical shock

Wear gloves to protect against possible broken glass

Identify the location of the light bulb to be replaced

Is it necessary to remove the light cover?

Remove light cover if necessary

Replace with an appliance bulb of the same wattage

Check that all the seals touch the cabinet on all four sides

Is the refrigerator/freezer door slightly open?

Inspect the gasket for any issues

Clean dirty gaskets with soap and water and a clean soft cloth

Replace worn, cracked, or poorly fitted gaskets

Stop ice production by lifting the wire signal arm to the 'up' or OFF position (side mounted) or setting the On/Off power switch to 'O' (rear mounted)

Remove the ice container by lifting up and out.

Clean the container with mild detergent and rinse with clear water.

Allow the container to dry completely before replacing in the freezer.

Remove ice chips and clean the shelf and chute that support the ice container.
