Floor Sweeper Reverse Switch Adjustment

Start the engine and ensure the machine does not move with the drive pedal in neutral

Stop the engine and open the engine cover

Adjust the reverse switch if it does not click when lever is moved to the right of neutral

Grasp the lever on the side of the propulsion pump and push it to the right

Loosen the switch mounting screws and reposition the switch if necessary

Floor Sweeper Lower Impeller Belt, Shaft or Bearing Replacement

Drain cooling system using drain valve 'A'

Disconnect the electrical connector and the vacuum hose from Ignition controller 'B'

Disconnect hose 'C' from the water pump

Disconnect hose 'D' from the top of the radiator

Remove the 'E' bolts from grill panel 'F'

Pull the back side of the radiator away from the machine and backward to work the radiator assembly out of the machine

Loosen the bolts holding bearing block 'G'

Loosen the lock nut on bolt 'H' and turn the bolt to release tension on the 'J' impeller belts

Replace the 'J' impeller belts as a matched set only
