Confirm the application type for testing frequency

Record the test results in the maintenance log

Ensure installation has been completed and the device is fully sealed and secured

Measure the gap between the faces of the cover and enclosure

Is the cover seal correctly seated in its groove with a maximum gap of 0.0075" (0.2mm)?

Post-Installation Documentation

Ensure a copy of the manual is made available to all operating personnel

Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the unit

Avoid using dry cloths or abrasive materials

Check for any signs of electrostatic charge build-up

Are there any signs of plant damage or accident?

Check resistance of GRP to environmental factors

Does the unit require maintenance under current conditions?

Document any findings or issues observed during the inspection
