When Required Site Dumper Maintenance
Inspect seat belts for damage
WARNING: Replace seat belts at least once every three years, regardless of appearance.
Replace wiper blades and top up reservoirs
Re-torque wheel rim nuts to 550 Nm (406 lbf ft.) after first 10 hours (1 day) of operation
Check torque every 250 hours (monthly) thereafter.
Steam clean the engine prior to performing any repair or service work on it, and if heavily contaminated due to prevailing site conditions.
WARNING: Electrical and electronic connections, the Engine ECM and harness connections should be protected or not directly steam cleaned when on or removed from the engine.
NOTICE: The engine and its components that are scheduled to be checked, serviced or replaced must be cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Engine Drain oil and refill with new oil
Engine Oil Filter Renew
Centrifugal Oil Filter Clean
Battery Electrolyte Check level, Add Electro if low
Engine Check valve clearance
Differentials - Check oil level and add if low.The correct oil level is up to the rim of the oil filler and level-check hole. Refer to relevant differential section within the maintenance manual for specific details.
Planetaries - Check oil level and add if low. Oil level should be at the lower bottom edge of the thread, with the wheel hub orientated so that the oil drain plugs are positioned horizontally in the middle of the axle. Refer to relevant planetary section within the maintenance manual for specific details.;
Initial 250 Hours Site Dumper Maintenance
Wheel Planetaries - Drain oil and refill.
Differentials - Drain oil and refill.
Axles - Check all visible nuts and bolts for loosening.
Retorque planetary fill/drain plugs to 55 Nm (40.5 lbf ft.);
50 Hourly / 1 Weekly Site Dumper Maintenance
Oscillation Bushes Lubricated
Suspension Beam Bushin Lubricated
Steering Cylinder Pins Lubricated
Body Cylinder Pins Lubricated
Body Hinge / Tailgate Pins Lubricated
Wheel Rim Nuts Checked for torque
Cab Fresh Air Filter Inspected and cleaned if required
Panhard Rod Bearings Lubricated

Walk Around Inspection
Inspect the machine as described in Section 4 of the operations manual

Visually check the engine for damage, loose or frayed belts and listen for any unusual noises
Engine Air Cleaner
Change air cleaner element only when air restriction gauge locks up in the red
Servicevacuator valves daily
Inspect and remove any obstructions from the vacuator valve lips which should be open and pliable with the engine stopped
