Is the red filter service indicator button popped up?

Change the filter element if the indicator button is popped up.

Unscrew the clear plastic cover on the indicator button.

Push the indicator button down to reset it.

Replace the clear plastic cover on the indicator button.

Ensure the engine is shut down before performing the service.

Check for air leaks every 100 hours

Listen for whistling or hissing sounds along the air line while engine is running

Apply soapy water to the air line to detect leaks on the pressure side between turbo and engine

Tighten or replace as necessary

Lubrication and Cooling Line Inspection

Check that lubrication lines are tight and without leaks

Check that cooling lines are tight and without leaks

Check the oil level using the dipstick

Is the oil level between the 'Waffled area' and the 'oo'?

Does the oil level need topping up?

Add oil of the same viscosity if needed

Ensure the oil cap is securely fastened

Ensure engine is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary tools and materials, including owner-supplied drain hose and suitable container for oil collection

Remove plug from outlet in base frame

Screw in owner-supplied drain hose

Drain oil into suitable container

Close valve after oil has been drained

Ensure the engine is turned off and cooled down

Gather necessary tools and equipment, including a boost gauge

Locate the 1/8" NPT threaded port on the inlet manifold

Remove the plug from the threaded port

Install the boost gauge hose into the threaded port

Record the boost pressure reading from the gauge
