Indoor Unit Heat Exchanger Replacement
Remove the drain pan
Remove the piping cover (tapping screw 4×10: 3 screws)
Remove the coil plate (tapping screw 4×10: 2 screws)
Remove the heat exchanger fixing screws (tapping screw 4×10: 2 screws)
Remove the coil support (tapping screw 4×10: 1 screw each)
Remove the heat exchanger
Reassemble the parts in reverse order
Sign off on the heat exchanger replacement
Indoor Unit Electrical Box Replacement
Warning: Ensure the power is off before starting the procedure
Upload a photo of the electrical box cover before removal
Electrical box cover removed
Connectors removed
Upload a photo of the electrical box fixing screws before removal
Electrical box fixing screws removed
Electrical parts in the electrical box
Check all the parts present in the electrical box
Electrical box removed
Indoor Unit Drain Pump Replacement
Remove the drain pan
Cut the hose band and remove the hose
Loosen the clamp of the drain pump
Remove the drain pump (tapping screw 4×10: 2 screws/2 hooks)
Reassemble the parts in reverse order
Indoor Unit Drain Pan Replacement
Upload a photo of the electrical box before removal
Electrical box removed successfully
Upload a photo of the bell mouth before removal
Bell mouth removed successfully
Upload a photo of the drain pan before removal
Drain pan removed successfully
Sign off on the drain pan replacement
Indoor Unit Pipe Temperature Thermistor/Liquid and the Condenser/Evaporator Temperature Thermistor Replacement
Drain pan removed
2 clamps of the coil plate loosened
Coil plate removed
Pipe temperature thermistor/liquid (TH2) disconnected from the holder
Condenser/evaporator temperature thermistor (TH5) disconnected from the holder
Parts reassembled in reverse order
Sign off on the thermistor replacement
