Oil level in sight gauge is at centerline

If oil level is below centerline, proceed with the following steps

Upload a photo of the oil fill tube cover plate before removal

Oil fill tube cover plate removed

Fill tube pulled out of hole in head cover

Oil level is now at centerline of sight gauge

End of fill tube back through hole in head cover

Upload a photo of the installed fill tube cover

Warning: Disconnect electrical power to drill press to avoid possibility of inadvertent operation and exposure to potentially lethal voltage levels.

Disconnect electrical power by setting drill press circuit breaker to OFF.

Loosen set screw and remove high/low shift lever.

Remove screws and take off pulley cover.

Disconnect electrical wiring from motor junction box, and remove motor.

Remove used belt. Install replacement belt.

Install motor and connect electrical wiring.

Install pulley cover and secure with screws.

Set the drill press circuit breaker ON.

Electrical power disconnected by setting drill press circuit breaker to OFF
