Perform the following to maintain tool holding accuracy, etc. Around the Machine

Cleaning the spindle taper hole

Cleaning the filter of the spindle cooling unit

Confirming that each indicator lamp of each operation panel comes on

Sign off on the machine maintenance

Warning: Switch off the power before starting the procedure

Take out the lubrication unit without disconnecting the pipes

Lubrication unit taken out without disconnecting the pipes?

Remove the drain plug to discharge lubricating oil

Drain plug removed and lubricating oil discharged?

Fit and tighten the drain plug after discharging the lubricating oil

Drain plug fitted and tightened?

Remove the screws clamping the pump unit to the tank and separate the pump unit from the tank

Warning: Switch off the power before applying rust preventive oil

Rust preventive oil applied to Linear guide rails (X-, Y-, Z-axis)?

Rust preventive oil applied to Ball screws (X-, Y-, Z-axis)?

Rust preventive oil applied to Slideway covers (X-, Y-axis)?

Rust preventive oil applied to Table?

Rust preventive oil applied to ATC magazine?

Rust preventive oil applied to Spindle?

Coolant discharged from the coolant tank?

Coolant tank cleaned both inside and outside?

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

If machine trouble occurred, first check the following items and carry out inspection and maintenance according to the information described

Call the DIAGNOSIS (ALARM) screen and confirm the past alarms in addition to the latest alarm

Check the trouble and alarm if it recurs

Check the ambient temperature if it is within the specified range

Check if momentary power failure has occurred

Check the source voltage for fluctuation

Check if conditions differ depending on motion direction

Usual inspection before starting the operation

Inspecting the machine for oil leaks

Inspecting the machine for noise, vibration, and abnormal temperature rise

Sign off on the initial machine maintenance
