Check the physical condition of the load cell

Inspect for any signs of corrosion or wear

Is the zero weight within the acceptable range?

Is the full weight within the acceptable range?

Enter the current air pressure reading

Select the recommended air pressure for the model in use

Is the air pressure set correctly according to the model specifications?

Inspect the pneumatic system for the following issues

Locate the adjustment screw at the rear of the sensor

Use a very small regular screwdriver for adjustment

Turn the adjustment screw clockwise until the LED turns ON

Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise until the LED turns OFF

Continue turning counter-clockwise for one full revolution after the LED turns off

Does the LED turn on when material is present in front of the sensor?

Note any additional adjustments made due to material dust or static

Sensor Position Adjustment (200 and 400 Series Models Only)

Test slide valve movement during LOTO without air pressure

Do slide valves open and close freely, quickly, and completely?

Check for wear on the slide valve guide rods

Check cylinder clevis adjustment for correct closing of the valve

Does the valve close just enough to block the hole, but no further?

Check the clevis pin connecting the air cylinder for wear

Inspect mix blades for damage or wear

Examine Weigh Bin and Hanging Bracket

Ensure no contact with windows or guards

Is there free space on all sides of the weigh bin?

Press down lightly on the weigh bin and note the change in weight readout

Remove touch and verify the weight returns to original reading +/- 1 gram

Was any interference with the weigh bin or hanging bracket detected?

Describe any interference detected and corrective actions taken
