Locate the adjustment screw at the rear of the sensor

Use a very small regular screwdriver for adjustment

Turn the adjustment screw clockwise until the LED turns ON

Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise until the LED turns OFF

Continue turning counter-clockwise for one full revolution after the LED turns OFF

Does the LED turn on when material is present in front of the sensor?

Note any additional adjustments made due to material dust or static

Sensor Position for 200 and 400 Series Models

Check that all load cell components are in place

Inspect load cell for physical damage

Is the load cell zeroed correctly?

Is the load cell calibrated for full weight?

Adjust the weigh bin dump valve to close softly

Locate the needle valve on or behind the solenoid bank or on the weigh bin air cylinder

Adjust the needle valve for a soft close

Check for wear at the hinge points

Ensure the Dump Flap overlaps the forward edge enough to prevent dribble when closed

Verify space at the rear of the flap allows for static build up of pellets without interfering with closing

Pneumatic and Electrical Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Ensure blender is pneumatically and electrically locked out

Disconnect compressed air supply

Is the pneumatic valve actuator manually operated?

Use lockout/tagout valve for pneumatic lockout/tagout if applicable

Disconnect blender from air supply if directly connected

Dissipate stored/residual energy from pneumatic system using Manual Operations screen

Is the blender equipped with an electrical LOTO box?

Enter the current air pressure reading

Select the recommended air pressure for the model

Is the air pressure set correctly for the model?

Inspect the pneumatic system for the following issues

Is the coalescing filter functioning properly?

Is the air supply clean and dry?

Is the air supply non-lubricated?
