Lubricate exposed trolley drive pinion and wheel teeth with standard grease

Is the grease contaminated with sand, dirt, or other abrasive materials?

Remove old grease if contaminated and replace with new standard grease

Is the operating temperature below −40°C (−40°F) or above +60°C (+140°F)?

Consult the manufacturer or dealer for parts change recommendations if operating outside standard temperature range

Verify the grease used is of the correct type

Select the inspection frequency based on usage

Inspect all items in 'Periodic Inspection'

Traversing function: Move trolley with light load suspended. Does it run smoothly and not tilt?

Side plate deformation: Check with calipers. Does dimension A and B exceed 2mm?

Track wheel abrasion: Check visually or with calipers. Does it exceed the limit?

Missing or damaged nameplate: Is it legible?

Check for visual signs or abnormal noises

Check chain movement around the hand wheel

Replace the chain if problem persists

Run trolley under no load condition

Does the trolley run smoothly and not tilt with a light load?

If movement is not smooth, describe the cause and actions taken
