Check for visual signs or abnormal noises

Check chain movement around the hand wheel

Clean the chain if it binds, jumps, clicks, or is excessively noisy

Replace the chain if problem persists

Run trolley under no load condition. Does it run smoothly and not tilt with a light load?

If movement is not smooth, describe the cause and actions taken

Select the inspection frequency based on usage

Inspect all items in 'Periodic Inspection'

Traversing function: Move trolley with light load suspended. Does it run smoothly and not tilt?

Side plate deformation: Check with calipers. Does dimension A and B exceed 2mm?

Track wheel abrasion: Check visually or with calipers. Does it exceed the limit?

Missing or damaged nameplate: Is it legible?

Ensure the trolley is in a safe and stable position before starting lubrication.

Gather necessary tools and materials, including standard grease and a brush.

Lubricate exposed trolley drive pinion and wheel teeth with standard grease.

Is the grease contaminated with sand, dirt, or other abrasive materials?

If contaminated, remove old grease and replace with new standard grease.

Is the operating temperature below −40°C (−40°F) or above +60°C (+140°F)?
