Hose Connection and Filter Check

Connect the water hose with the built-in screen filter to the water faucet

Ensure the screen filter is clean

Check the screen filter inside the hose-end assembly for cleanliness

Connect the purger to the female coupler on the hose-end assembly

Open the water faucet and note the movement of the red flow indicator balls

Is the water flow rate at least 2 gallons per minute?

Is the water pressure no more than 100 psig when static?

Ensure no loose clothing or jewelry is worn during servicing

Verify charger is not exposed to oil, dirt, mud, or direct heavy water spray

Check that all AC connections are clean and dry

Is the charger functioning correctly?

Inspect the following components for damage or wear

Is the detachable input power supply cord set in good condition?

Turn the key switch to the OFF position and remove the key.

Place the Forward/Reverse handle in the NEUTRAL position.

Disconnect battery and spark plug wire.

Position a pan designed for oil changes under the drain plug.

Remove the drain plug using a 14 mm socket or wrench and allow the engine oil to drain into the pan.

Remove the oil level dipstick from the oil filler tube and wipe oil off dipstick

Ensure engine is not running before removing dipstick

Fully insert the dipstick into the oil filler tube and immediately remove it

Is the oil level above the low level mark on the dipstick gauge?

Add oil if the level is at or below the low level mark

Ensure oil level is between low and full levels (safe level)

Lubricate Brake pedal shaft bearings

Lubricate Brake linkage and pivots

Lubricate Accelerator pivot rod supports
