3 Is heat insulation of pipeline sufficient?
It may cause condensation and water dripping.
4 Is water drained well?
It may cause condensation and water dripping.
Vacuum Pumping and Leak Detection
Vacuum Pump Use
Valve caps on the liquid valve and gas valve and the nut of refrigerant charging vent removed
Charging hose of piezometer connected to the refrigerant charging vent of gas valve and the other charging hose connected to the vacuum pump
Pressure of piezometer after 10-15min of operation
Pressure of piezometer remains in -14.5ISP after closing the vacuum pump and maintaining this status for 1-2min
Valve core of liquid valve and gas valve completely opened with inner hexagon spanner
Screw caps of valves and refrigerant charging vent tightened
