If pump packing is leaking, tighten packing nut until leakage stops or lessens.

Enter the amount of operation in gallons after adjustment

Sign off on the sprayer throat packing adjustment

Inspect/clean fluid inlet strainer

Inspect motor shield vents for blockage

Fill TSL by adding through TSL fill point

Sign off on the daily sprayer inspection

Perform Pressure Relief Procedure

Upload a photo of the removed tip guard and Spray Tip

Fluid intake and drain tube removed from paint and wiped clean?

Place fluid intake in appropriate flushing fluid

Motor started and flushing fluid appears when gun is triggered?

Flushing fluid circulating until it comes out clear?

Fluid intake raised above flushing fluid?

Enter the current gallons count on the sprayer

Motor brushes are at least 1/2 in. (13mm) in length

Note: Brushes do not wear at the same rate on both sides of motor. Check both brushes

Sprayer stalls when gun is not triggered

If sprayer starts again with gun NOT triggered, inspect pump for internal/external leaks and check prime valve for leaks.

No leaks found in the prime valve
