Warning: This adjustment requires trained personnel with PPE!

If pump packing is leaking, tighten packing nut until leakage stops or lessens.

Enter the number of gallons operated after adjustment

Sign off on the sprayer throat packing adjustment

Inspect/clean fluid inlet strainer

Inspect motor shield vents for blockage

Fill TSL by adding through TSL fill point

Sign off on the daily sprayer inspection

Enter the length of the motor brushes in mm

Are both brushes of the motor at least 13mm long?

Does the sprayer motor stall with the gun NOT triggered?

Does the sprayer motor restart only when the gun is triggered again?

Does the sprayer start again with the gun NOT triggered?

If sprayer starts again with gun NOT triggered, inspect pump for internal/external leaks and check prime valve for leaks.

Perform Pressure Relief Procedure

Remove fluid intake and drain tube from paint, wipe excess paint off outside

Place fluid intake in flushing fluid. Use water for water base paint and mineral spirits for oil-based paint. Place drain tube in waste pail

Increase pressure 1/2 turn to start motor. Hold gun against paint pail. Disengage trigger lock. Trigger gun and increase pressure until the pump runs steady and flushing fluid appears

Stop triggering gun. Move gun to waste pail, hold gun against pail, trigger gun to thoroughly flush system

While continuing to trigger gun, turn prime valve down. Then, release gun trigger. Allow flushing fluid to circulate until fluid comes out of drain tube clear

Raise fluid intake above flushing fluid
