Air Intake Grille Disassemble

Slide the knob of air intake grille toward the arrow 1 to open the air intake grille

Remove drop prevention hook from the panel

Check mark

Slide the shaft in the hinge to the direction of the arrow 2 and remove the air intake grille

TH1 Thermistor Disassemble

Remove the air intake grille and the filter

Remove the 2 screws from the electrical box

Disconnect the connector CN20 (Red) from the indoor controller board

Remove the room temperature thermistor and holder

Remove the drain pan

Remove the thermistors which are inserted into the holders installed to the thin copper pipe

Disconnect the 4-pin white connector (CN44)

Remove the air intake grille and the filter

Remove the 2 screws from the electrical box cover

Check mark

Disconnect the connectors

Check mark

Remove the panel

Check mark

Remove the electrical wiring service panel (3 screws)

Check mark

Remove the electrical box

Check mark

Remove the bell mouth

Check mark

Remove the 4 screws and pull out the drain pan

Check mark

Pull out the left and right of the pan gradually. Be careful not to crack or damage the pan.
