200 Hourly Power Train Maintenance
Check the Hydraulic Oil level in the tank
Upload a photo of the dip stick reading
Is the Hydraulic Oil filled to the proper level?
Replace the Hydraulic Oil and the Hydraulic Oil Filter after every 200 hours.
If trouble develops in the Hydraulic drive motors, contact the dealer’s service department or TEREX Amida at (800) 433-3026.
The Hydraulic drive motors are manufactured by White Hydraulics and may be serviced at their dealers and other service centers.
TEREX Amida will direct you to the proper place for repairs.
Is there a vibration when the engine is running?
If yes, check the coupler between the engine and the Hydraulic Pump. DO NOT make this check while the engine is running.
Brake Adjustment
Parking Brake Lever in the engaged position
Adjustment is provided by a knob on the end of the Parking Brake Lever
Adjustment tightened by turning the knob clockwise
Considerable pressure required to place Parking Brake Lever in the over-center or “On” position
With the Parking Brake engaged, you should not be able to move the Buggy
Sign off on the brake adjustment
1 Daily Chassis Lubrication
Lubricate your buggy each day of operation with a good grade of chassis lubricant at all of the lubrication points listed below.
(2) Fittings - Dump Cylinder Pivots
(4) Fittings - Tub Bearing Pivot Blocks (Underside of Tub: see page 7 & page 19)
(1) Fitting - Steering Bearing Flange (Front side of Handle Bar: see page 17).
Tires Service
Buggy securely blocked and supported
Lug nuts removed
Choose the action taken
Enter the air pressure in the tire
Tire reinstalled on Buggy
Lug nuts tightened
Sign off on the tire service
