Lubricate your buggy each day of operation with a good grade of chassis lubricant at all of the lubrication points listed below.

(2) Fittings - Dump Cylinder Pivots

(4) Fittings - Tub Bearing Pivot Blocks (Underside of Tub: see page 7 & page 19)

(1) Fitting - Steering Bearing Flange (Front side of Handle Bar: see page 17).

Warning: Ensure the Buggy is in a safe and secure location before starting the procedure.

Is the Parking Brake Lever in the engaged position?

Adjust the parking brake by turning the knob on the end of the Parking Brake Lever clockwise.

Is considerable pressure required to place the Parking Brake Lever in the 'On' position?

With the Parking Brake engaged, are you unable to move the Buggy?

Sign off on the brake adjustment

Check the Hydraulic Oil level in the tank

Upload a photo of the dip stick reading

Is the Hydraulic Oil filled to the proper level?

Replace the Hydraulic Oil after every 200 hours

Has the Hydraulic Oil Filter been changed?

If trouble develops in the Hydraulic drive motors, call the dealer’s service department or TEREX Amida at (800) 433-3026

Check the coupler between the engine and the Hydraulic Pump if a vibration is experienced when the engine is running

Has the coupler been adjusted and tightened?

REPLACE the fan shroud and then start engine to see if the problem has been corrected

Buggy securely blocked and supported

Tire and wheel assembly placed in a suitable cage or restraint
