The Lithium Battery Replacement

Turn the robot controller on for about 30 seconds

Remove the old battery from the top of the Robot control board. First unlatch the battery, remove it from the battery holder, and detach its connector

Remove the old battery, insert a new one into the battery holder, and attach the connector. Confirm that the battery is latched firmly

The Power Supply Unit Replacement

Detach all the cables from the emergency stop unit (emergency stop board and power supply unit)

Check mark

Pull out the connector±type terminal block (TBEB1, TBEB2) at the top

Check mark

Remove the four nuts (1 and 2) fastening the emergency stop unit, and remove the emergency stop unit

Check mark

Unscrew the four screws fastening the power supply unit, and replace the power supply unit

Check mark

Sign off on the power supply unit replacement
