Remove (4) M4 screws

Disconnect the connector at the FAN

Mount the replacement fan unit. Be careful not to let the cable get caught in the fan

Dismount the door fan unit

Open the cabinet door, and detach cables

Remove retaining (4) M5 nuts, and dismount the unit

Mount the replacement unit

Cards And Modules On The Main Board Replacement

Demounting a Card

Pull up the spacer metal fitting

Check mark

Insert a finger into the rear of the card and pull up the card slowly in the arrow direction

Check mark

Push back the card softly when one side of the card board is raised slightly

Check mark

Pinch two sides of the card board and pull up the card board when it is parallel with the main board

Mounting a Card

Check that the metal fittings of the spacers are raised

Check mark

Touch the spacer end faces of the board with the spacer to align the board insertion position

Check mark

Lower the connector side slowly until the connectors touch each other while aligning the board with the spacers
