The Main Board Replacement
Case removed

The Ac Fan Motor Replacement
Door fan unit replacement
Remove (4) M4 screws
Disconnect the connector at the FAN
Mount the replacement fan unit. Be careful not to let the cable get caught in the fan
Heat exchanger replacement
Dismount the door fan unit
Open the cabinet door, and detach cables
Remove retaining (4) M5 nuts, and dismount the unit
Mount the replacement unit
Cards And Modules On The Main Board Replacement
Demounting a Card
Pull up the spacer metal fitting
Insert a finger into the rear of the card and pull up the card slowly in the arrow direction
Push back the card softly when one side of the card board is raised slightly
Pinch two sides of the card board and pull up the card board when it is parallel with the main board
Mounting a Card
Check that the metal fittings of the spacers are raised
Touch the spacer end faces of the board with the spacer to align the board insertion position
Lower the connector side slowly until the connectors touch each other while aligning the board with the spacers
Monthly Maintenance
Is the fan rotating normally?
If the fan has dirt and dust built up, clean the fan according to the steps described below for inspection to be performed every 6 months.

Cleaning steps
Replace the battery on the front panel of the main board every 4 years. Please refer to the Section 7.11.

The Control Section Fan Motor Replacement
Warning: Ensure the power to the robot controller is turned off before starting the procedure
Power to the robot controller turned off
Fan motor pulled out
When pulling out the fan motor, hold the latch of the fan unit, and unlatch the unit from the case
New fan unit installed
Insert the unit until the latch of the unit snaps into the case
Sign off on the fan motor replacement
