Check for external damage or peeling paint

Check the abrasion of bush of connection part between link A and link B and between link B and wrist

Cleaning the controller ventilation system

Check there is oil on the sealed part of each joint

Check whether vibration or abnormal noises occur

Check to see that the taught positions of the robot have not deviated from the previous taught positions

Check whether the peripheral devices operate properly according to commands from the robot and the peripheral devices

Check that the end effector drops within 0.2 mm when servo power is turned off

Check whether unexpected warnings occur in the alarm screen on the teach pendant

Check for external damage or peeling paint

Check the exposed connector. (Loosening)

Retighten the end effector mounting bolts

Retighten the external mair bolts.

Check the abrasion of bush of connection part between link A and link B and between link B and wrist

Check the end effector (hand) cable

Check for external damage or peeling paint

Check the abrasion of bush of connection part between link A and link B and between link B and wrist
