Loosen the bolts of the hydraulic tank top plate assembly

Remove the return filter from tank top plate assembly

Install the tank top plate assembly and fasten the bolts

Start the engine and operate the hydraulic controls, and the steering system, through a few cycles to fill the lines. Look for oil leaks

Stop the engine and check the oil level. With all cylinders retracted, maintain the oil level to the FULL mark on the dip stick/filter cap assembly

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Inspect Foot Pedal Operation (G424F(E) Only)

Hydraulic Return Filter, Breather & Strainer - Checked and Changed

Transmission Oil, Oil Filter & Strainer - Checked, Cleaned, and Changed

Lift Chains - Tested, Checked, and Adjusted

Coolant Hoses (LP Engine Only) - Inspected

LP Regulator/Converter (LP Engine Only) - Inspected

Fuel Lines & Fittings - Checked

Mixer Assembly (G424F(E) Engine Only) - Inspected

Throttle Assembly (G424F(E) Engine Only) - Inspected

Air Intake System - Check, Clean

Mast, Carriage, Lift Chains & Attachments - Inspect, Lubricate

Steering Mechanism - Check, Lubricate

Battery Terminal - Clean, Inspect

Engine Oil & Filter (LP & Gasoline Engine Only) - Change

Sign off on the 250 Hours/1 Monthly Service

Replace Oxygen Sensor (G424F(E) Engine Only)

Checking the TMAP Sensor (G424F(E) Engine Only)

Inspect for Intake Leaks (G424F(E) Engine Only)
