100 Hourly / 1 Weekly Engine Oil Replacement
Warning: Ensure the engine is off and cool before starting the procedure
Container placed under the engine for collecting drained oil
Drain plug opened and engine oil drained
Oil refill cap removed
Type of engine oil used
Oil refill cap closed and oil level gauge installed
Engine run for 5 minutes to check engine oil leak, and engine oil level with the oil level gauge
NOTICE! Servicing of the engine oil and oil filter element will largely affect the engine performance as well as the engine life
Engine oil and filter element changed after the first 50 hours
100 Hourly / 1 Weekly Engine Oil Replenishment
WARNING! Remove the oil refill cap. Take care that foreign material does not enter the oil tank
WARNING! The oil level should be close as possible to upper point of the oil dip stick. Do not refill more than upper point
Close the oil refill cap on the engine top
Use the genuine oil approved/recommended by the manufacturer
Having replenished the engine oil, close the oil cap
Run the engine for 5 minutes, check if the engine oil leaks
NOTE! Initial engine oil replenishing should be done after 50 Operating Hours

Sign off on the engine oil replenishment
100 Hourly / 1 Weekly Drive Axle Oil, Transmission Oil, Oil Filter & Strainer Maintenance
WARNING! Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin
Park the lift truck level, with the forks lowered, parking brake engaged, direction control lever in NEUTRAL and the engine stopped
Remove drive axle drain plug and transmission drain plug
Allow the oil to drain into a suitable container
Clean the magnetic drain plug
Check O-ring seal and replace if necessary
Remove the spring and the strainer
Wash the strainer assembly in clean, nonflammable solvent and dry it
Install the strainer assembly
2500 Hourly / 15 Monthly Battery System Inspection
Clean battery outer surfaces with a mixture of baking soda and water
Inspect battery outer surfaces for damage and replace as necessary
Remove battery cable and clean, repair and/or replace as necessary;
100 Hourly / 1 Weekly Engine Oil Check
CAUTION! The engine oil in a new engine becomes contaminated from the initial break-in of internal parts. It is very important that the initial oil and filter change is performed as scheduled
NOTE! The oil drain plug may be in another location if an optional oil pan is used
Check that the engine is at level position
Start and warm up the engine to operating temperature
Stop the engine and wait for 5~10 minutes
Pull out the oil level gauge (dip stick) upward
Wipe the scale of the oil level gauge with a clean cloth
Insert the oil level gauge into the coil level check hole
Pull out the oil level gauge again to check the oil level
