Brake fluid level maintained to the fluid level mark on the brake system reservoir
Filler cap cleaned and installed
100 Hourly / 1 Weekly Engine Oil Replacement
Warning: Ensure the engine is off and cool before starting the procedure
Container placed under the engine for collecting drained oil
Drain plug opened and engine oil drained
Oil refill cap removed
Type of engine oil used

NOTICE! Servicing of the engine oil and oil filter element will largely affect the engine performance as well as the engine life
Engine oil and filter element changed after the first 50 hours
1000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Carriage Chain Adjustment
NOTE! Make sure that carriage height is correct.
Is carriage height correct?
If correct, adjust the chain for equal tension. If not, adjust the chain for correct carriage height by adjusting anchor nuts.
NOTE! See the previous section, “Carriage Roller Extrusion” in “When Required” for proper height of carriage.
Is the carriage at the proper height?
Fully lower the carriage and tilt mast forward or lift the carriage and put blocks under the carriage to release the tension from the lift chains.
Is the carriage fully lowered and mast tilted forward?
Loosen nut and adjust nut to get proper distance from bottom of inner upright to the bottom of carriage bearing.
Is the nut loosened and adjusted properly?
500 Hourly / 3 Monthly Air-con Compressor Belt Check
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Enter the deflection of the belt under 110 N (25 lb) of force
Is the deflection within the correct adjustment range (10 mm or 3/8 inch)?
If not, proceed to adjust the tension of the air-con compressor drive belt.
Did you loosen the air-con compressor mounting bolt before adjusting?
NOTICE! Failure to loosen air-con compressor mounting bolt will cause excessive stress and break the alternator mounting ear.
Sign off on the air-con compressor belt check
1000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Lift Chain Equal Tension Check
WARNING! Personal injury can be caused by sudden movement of the mast and carriage. Keep hands and feet clear of any parts that can move;
Lift the carriage and the mast high enough for getting tension on lift chains
Check the chains, and make sure the tension is the same
Lift chains are required to check for equal tension about every 1,000 service hours or 6 months
