10 Hourly / 1 Daily Hydraulic Oil Level Check
WARNING: At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the filter cap only when the engine is stopped, and the cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filter cap slowly to relieve pressure.
Operate the lift truck for a few minutes to warm the oil
Park the lift truck on a level surface, with the forks lowered, mast tilted back, parking brake engaged, transmission in NEUTRAL and the engine stopped
Raise the hood and seat assembly
Make sure the air lift cylinder securely holds the hood open
Remove the dip stick/filter cap
Maintain the oil level to the FULL mark on the dip stick/filter cap
Sign off on the hydraulic oil level check

2000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Forkis Inspection
Note: Forks should be inspected, at a minimum, every 12 months. If the truck is being used in a multi-shift or heavy duty operation, they should be checked every six months.
Inspect the forks carefully for cracks
Special attention should be given to the heel section, all weld areas and mounting brackets
Inspect the top and bottom hooks on forks used on hook type carriages and tubes on shaft mounted forks
Forks with cracks should be removed from service
Check the angle between the upper face of the blade and the front face of the shank
Check the straightness of the upper face of blade (D) and the front face of shank (E) with a straight edge
Check the difference in height of one fork tip to the other when mounted on the fork carrier
Check the fork blade (J) and shank (H) for wear with special attention to the heel (G)
Battery Terminal Maintenance
WARNING: Batteries give off flammable fumes that can explode. Do not smoke when observing the battery electrolyte levels. Electrolyte is an acid and can cause personal injury if it contacts skin or eyes. Always wear protective glasses when working with batteries.
Clean the top of the battery and terminals
Check terminals for corrosion
Coat terminals with heavy grease
Sign off on the battery terminal maintenance
100 Hourly / 1 Weekly Engine Oil Replacement
Warning: Ensure the engine is off and cool before starting the procedure
Container placed under the engine for collecting drained oil
Drain plug opened and engine oil drained
Oil refill cap removed
Type of engine oil used
Oil refill cap closed and oil level gauge installed
Engine run for 5 minutes to check for oil leak and oil level
NOTICE! Servicing of the engine oil and oil filter element will largely affect the engine performance as well as the engine life
Engine oil and filter element changed after the first 50 hours
