Fuel Tank Filter Cap and Screen (If Equipped)

Fuel Tank Filter Cap and Screen cleaned?

Seat, Hood Latch & Support Cylinder

Seat, Hood Latch & Support Cylinder checked and lubricated?

Fuses, Bulbs, Circuit Breaker & Relay

Fuses, Bulbs, Circuit Breaker & Relay changed and reset?

Priming the Fuel System (Diesel Engine Only)

Water Separator (Diesel Engine Only)

Hydraulic Return Filter – Change

Loosen the bolts of the hydraulic tank top plate assembly

Remove the return filter from tank top plate assembly

Install the tank top plate assembly and fasten the bolts

Start the engine and operate the hydraulic controls, and the steering system, through a few cycles to fill the lines. Look for oil leaks

Stop the engine and check the oil level. With all cylinders retracted, maintain the oil level to the FULL mark on the dip stick/filter cap assembly

Sign off on the service completion

Engine Oil & Filter (Diesel Engine Only) - Change

Transmission Oil, Oil Filter & Strainer - Check, Clean, Change

Transmission oil, oil filter and strainer checked, cleaned and changed?

Parking brake tested and adjusted?

Sign off on the initial 50-100 hours/1 weekly service

Inspect Foot Pedal Operation (G420F(E)/G424F(E) Only)

Inspect Engine for Exhaust Leaks

Replace Oxygen Sensor (G420F(E)/G424F(E) Engine Only)

Replace Spark Plugs (G420F(E) Engine Only)

Checking the TMAP Sensor (G420F(E)/G424F(E) Engine Only)

Inspect for Intake Leaks (G420F(E)/G424F(E) Engine Only)

Sign off on the 2500 Hours/15 Monthly Service
