Engine Valve Lash (DB33A Diesel Engine Only) - Check, Adjust

Fuel Tank Filter Cap and Screen (If Equipped) - Clean

Seat, Hood Latch & Support Cylinder - Check, Lubricate

Fuses, Bulbs, Circuit Breaker & Relay - Change, Reset

Fuse & Relay (G424E/G430E Only)

Priming the Fuel System (Diesel Engine Only)

Tires and Wheels (D, G-Series) - Inspect, Check

Carriage Roller Extrusion – Adjust;

Air Intake System - Check, Clean

Mast, Carriage, Lift Chains & Attachments - Inspect, Lubricate

Steering Mechanism - Check, Lubricate

Battery Terminal - Clean, Inspect

Engine Oil & Filter (LP & Gasoline Engine Only) - Change

PCV Valve System - Inspect, Clean

Hydraulic Return Filter – Change

Loosen the bolts of the hydraulic tank top plate assembly

Remove the return filter from tank top plate assembly

Install the tank top plate assembly and fasten the bolts

Start the engine and operate the hydraulic controls, and the steering system, through a few cycles to fill the lines. Look for oil leaks

Stop the engine and check the oil level. With all cylinders retracted, maintain the oil level to the FULL mark on the dip stick/filter cap assembly

Sign off on the hydraulic return filter change

Hydraulic Return Filter checked?

Hydraulic Return Breather checked?

Hydraulic Return Strainer checked?

Transmission Oil Filter checked?

Transmission Oil Strainer checked?

Tilt Cylinders - Check, Adjust, Lubricate

Transmission Oil Filter – Change

Drive Axle Oil & Strainer - Change, Clean
