Fasteners, Guards Check: Visually check entire unit in regard to bolts, nuts and screws being properly secured. Spot check several capscrews and nuts for proper torque. If any are found loose, a more thorough inspection must be made.

Air Cleaner Elements Check when indicated.

Engine (oil changes, oil & fuel filters, etc) replace.

Sign off on the compressor maintenance

Current operating hours of the oil separator

Upload a photo of the disconnected hose from the scavenge tube

Upload a photo of the removed scavenge tube from tank cover

Upload a photo of the disconnected service line from cover

Upload a photo of the removed cover, element and inner shell

All gasket material removed from cover or tank

Upload a photo of the new gasket, inner shell and new element installed

Measurement from bottom of straightedge to bottom of element

2. Battery Connections/Electrolyte Check

3. Tire Pressure and Surface Check;

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Brake shoes visually checked for proper operation and deterioration

Procedure for replacing brake cables and adjusting brake shoes

Rubber hole plug in the brake backing plate replaced

Procedure for adjusting parking brakes

Knob on brake lever turned until lever is perpendicular to bracket when in “OFF” position

Brake cables adjusted until each has approximately the same tension

Each wheel checked to see that it will not rotate when lever is in “ON” position

Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Trailer secured on adequate capacity jack stands

Adjusting hole cover removed from the adjusting slot on the bottom of the brake backing plate

Brake shoes expanded until the pressure of the linings against the drum makes the wheel very difficult to turn

Starwheel rotated in the opposite direction until the wheel turns freely with a slight lining drag

Adjusting hole cover replaced and wheel lowered to the ground

Repeat above procedures on all brakes

Sign off on the brake adjustment
