Ensure the Turf Tender is turned off and the tractor is not running.

Loosening the Drive Motor Mount

Loosen the two nuts securing the drive motor mount to the hopper frame on the drive motor side of the Turf Tender.

Loosen the jam nut on each of the tensioning bolts.

Turn each tensioning bolt clockwise 1-2 complete turns using a 3⁄4 inch wrench. Ensure equal adjustments on both sides.

Test the belt to see if it is properly tensioned.

Ensure the Turf Tender is turned off and secured

Remove the spinners prior to measuring the spinner RPM

Verify the factory 'neutral' settings

Locate the diamond cut in the spinner disk indicating the 'neutral' position bolt hole for each blade

Adjust the blades to the desired position for material distribution

Tighten all spinner blade fasteners after adjustment

Ensure no material is in the hopper before starting tire maintenance.

Inspect tires for the following issues

Measure the tire pressure for 26.5 in. tires (Recommended: 13-18 psi / 90-124 kPa)

Is the tire pressure for 26.5 in. tires within the recommended range?

Measure the tire pressure for 33 in. tires (Recommended: 15-22 psi / 115-169 kPa)

Is the tire pressure for 33 in. tires within the recommended range?

Lubricate side conveyor bearings

Grease the bearing on each spinner shaft

Total number of grease points lubricated

Check hydraulic hoses for worn areas

Inspect for cracks or leaks in hydraulic hoses

Is the hydraulic system depressurized during inspection?

Clean the spinner shafts before installing new spinners
